Please can anyone answer my questions on eclipse?
I have been persevering with eclipse, but there are still a couple of things I have yet to understand despite some very useful tutorials and emails: 1. How do you know if/when your stock had been downloaded? In the old version the amount of downloads were displayed next to the image info 2. Where have the thumbs gone? On the old site I could add the thumbnail of any art made with a particular stock image and display it in the comment box beneath the stock image, I don't appear to be able to do that now 3. I am still unable to resize my cover picture or whatever it is called, the option doesn't appear. I can change the image but not resize or reposition it 4. Tags- I fully understand the importance of tags BUT which are the best ones to use for stock? How do we now credit stock artists whose
Pausing To Take Stock (2)
I have tried and failed woefully to get to grips with eclipse. I have followed tutorials on submission but still struggle to upload stock images using eclipse- either I am missing a step or there’s a glitch but I have to switch back to the old site to do it. That luxury won’t be available to me shortly when the old site is retired so I face a dilemma -do I pack up and leave or keep this account open but just not bother uploading stock? I feel like a Luddite but it’s borne from frustration rather than not embracing change; If there is a dedicated tutorial on stock submissions please feel free to leave me a link.

Just a quick update: I am still dealing with my late parents’ estate, so my time on here is limited. My faithful laptop has also died taking the majority of my stock photos with it. I still have some stock images on my camera which I shall upload, then that will be it as I shall be without a laptop for the foreseeable future. I am dreadfully behind reading notes, comments or viewing the beautiful art created with my stock, for which I can only apologise.
Now that I have been forced to pause, I am taking stock; I will use my time away to decide whether or not
Away For A While
"To lose one parent," ... "may be regarded as a misfortune; to lose both looks like carelessness."
Having been-in the words of Lady Bracknell- remarkably careless, I will be absent for the foreseeable future due to a double bereavement.
